Sleep Log & Trend

Log a few nights and watch your sleep cycles and consistency turn into a clear trend.

Sleep Log & Trend

Log a few nights — just your bedtime, wake time, and how you felt. We turn it into a visual trend using the 90-minute cycle model.

Your sleep over time

How the sleep log works

A sleep log turns a handful of nights into something you can actually see. Enter your bedtime, wake time and how you felt for each night, and the tracker works out your total sleep, your completed 90-minute cycles, and a regularity score — then draws it as a trend.

One night tells you almost nothing. A week tells you whether you are short on sleep, whether your bedtimes wander, and how often you wake refreshed. That pattern is where the useful changes live.

Privacy by design

Everything stays in your own browser. Your entries are saved locally (localStorage) and are never uploaded to us or any server. Clear your browser data and they are gone. This is the same private-by-design approach used across every Restcalc tool.

A few quick tips

  • Log at least 5–7 nights to see a real trend.
  • Keep bedtimes consistent — regularity matters as much as total hours.
  • Use the Bedtime and Wake-up tools to plan the next night.
